3D watercolor style rendering for mixed use retail and apartments.

The city of Corona is looking to revitalize its downtown area. Which inspired me to create a 3D composite rendering of a mixed use, apartments and retail space. I used Sketchup Pro and generated a number of rendering passes (alpha channel, multi-material element, shadow, global illumination, lighting and lines passes). Also, I added a number of entourage elements such as the trees, people and interior furnishings all of which I composited in Photoshop to mimic a watercolor rendering.
