Tower Flats

The Tower Flats was another idea I had for mixed use, apartments and retail space that was next to a light rail extension out to the Inland Empire. I created a 3D composite rendering of a mixed use, apartments and retail space next to a proposed light rail line. I modeled with 3D Studio Max and generated a number of rendering passes from V-Ray 4 (alpha channel, multi-material element, atmospheric, global illumination, lighting and reflection passes) which I composited in Photoshop.
