Surescripts – HIMSS 24

40’x40’ trade show booth for Surescripts. Below are the initial ideas from Pinnacle. However, Pinnacle didn’t have the design bandwidth to develop the concept in time for the HIMSS24 show.

The challenge for this upcoming show was to fit as many meeting spaces as we could into this 40’x40’ space. Each meeting space was to accommodate 3-4 people. A couple of the meeting spaces were to have presentation screens. One meeting space is to have meetings with the board members. In addition, one room was to be dedicated as a recording studio with some soundproofing as Surescripts wanted to record interviews during the show.

The goal of this show was to meet existing customers and share information on their updated Alliance network. Surescripts wanted to leverage the existing double-deck structure but was open to other ideas.

Below were the existing booth properties purchased from Skyline. Pinnacle was competing with Skyline to capture this business. On the one hand they wanted to keep the existing properties and just refresh them. On the other hand they were interested in a whole new design if it could meet their booth and budget criteria.
